Roadmaps towards self-determination in Europe

Professor Klaus-Jürgen Nagel is the author of the following speech delivered on occasion of the Centre Maurits Coppieters (CMC) Dinner-Debate, which was a side activity of the our last General Assembly. He overviews the points in common which different road-maps towards self-determination in Europe has (seeking for independence in some, but not in all cases).  He illustrates the speech with many examples and reference to European regions looking for greater autonomy in a lively manner, ready to set the cornerstones which such processes will have to tackle sooner or later in order to succeed.
