The Fundació Josep Irla togethet together with The Centre Maurits Coppieters have launched a joint study by professors Jaume Lopez and Josep Maria Vilajosana on the Right to Decide  and how its political implications for the EU.

The Conference, follwed by an international roundtable of current and former MEPs,  was scheduled as follows:
