Huw Evans ( Lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University and expert on Welsh Law and Devolution. Works with the Welsh Nationalism Foundation) and Josep Maria Reniu (Head of the Political Science Department at the Universitat of Barcelona (UB), also director of the Observatory of Coalition Governments)  took part in a broadcasted roundtable to discuss European law, multilevel governance in complex societies and constitutional matters of importance for a sub-state governments with legislative powers and their representation at european level.
